It depends on the materials, finishes and how much of the home you furnish. As a rough guide, complete home interiors usually range from ₹1,200 to ₹2,500 per sq. ft. of carpet area. We share an exact, itemised estimate after the site visit.

A 2 BHK typically starts from about ₹5 lakh and a 3 BHK from about ₹8 lakh for essential interiors (kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, ceilings and painting). Premium materials and loose furniture add to this. Tell us your budget and we will design to it.

Office fit-outs usually range from ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 per sq. ft., depending on workstations, cabins, ceilings, electrical and data cabling. We quote after understanding your team size and layout.

Construction cost depends on the structure, specifications and location. As a guide, residential construction usually ranges from ₹1,800 to ₹2,800 per sq. ft. of built-up area. We give a stage-wise estimate after reviewing the plot and plans.

If you go ahead with execution through us, the design fee is adjusted in the project cost. For design-only projects, we charge a separate design fee, shared upfront.

Yes. Every quote lists each item with its material, size and price, so you know exactly what you are paying for. There are no hidden charges.

Most 2 and 3 BHK homes take 45 to 75 days from design approval to handover. We share a written schedule before work starts.

A small to mid-size office usually takes 4 to 10 weeks, depending on size and scope. We can work in phases or outside office hours to keep your business running.

A G+1 bungalow typically takes 10 to 14 months from foundation to handover, depending on design and approvals.

Mostly changes to the design after work starts, late material decisions, or society or building permissions. We help you finalise choices early to keep to the schedule.

We use BWP (boiling water proof) plywood for kitchens and wet areas, and BWR or MR grade plywood for wardrobes, with laminate, acrylic, PU or veneer finishes and branded hardware. We recommend materials to suit your budget and use.

Yes. We suggest options at different price points, and you can choose any brand you prefer. The quote is updated to match.

Yes. We show material samples, laminates and finishes before work starts, and can visit showrooms with you if needed.

Yes. We design and build custom furniture, and can also source loose furniture, lighting and decor for homes and offices.

Payments are linked to project stages, for example: 10% to book, 40% at design approval and material order, 40% during execution, and 10% at handover. Each stage is billed only when it is reached.

Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), UPI and cheque. Every payment gets a receipt.

We give a warranty on our workmanship, such as carpentry and installation. The warranty period for each item is stated in your quotation. Hardware, appliances and materials carry their manufacturers' warranties.

After handover we stay available on WhatsApp for any issue. Adjustments such as hinge or channel alignment are handled free within the warranty period.

Yes. Many owners are away during their project. We share designs, quotes and regular photo and video updates on WhatsApp, and you approve each stage remotely.

Yes. We visit, take measurements and understand your needs before giving a quote. The first site visit and consultation are free.

Yes. We prepare 3D views of the main spaces so you can see the design and make changes before anything is built.

Yes. We handle architecture, construction and interiors, so one team is responsible from plan to handover.

For one or two rooms, usually yes; we plan work to keep dust and noise down. For a full-home renovation, we recommend moving out for the main work.

Yes. For offices and shops we can work evenings, weekends or in phases, subject to building rules.

Yes. We prepare drawings and help with the approval process with local authorities.

Our site supervisor checks each stage, and we do a detailed snag check with you before handover.
